Shipping Conditions

Décor on Buderim offers track and trace delivery throughout Australia using Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout. Please check junk mail folders if the email hasn’t arrived within the estimated business days. We do our best to post all standard orders within 2-3 business days via standard Australia Post mail. All express orders will be posted within 1-2 business days via express Australia Post mail.  

Please note that this is the estimated time you should allow for your order to be sent from the time it is placed. You will need to allow additional time on top of these estimates for your order to be couriered to your address.

Delivery time frames are just an indication and Décor on Buderim will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email, please email us if you would need a hard copy attached to your order.

Store Pick up

We offer store pick up at our main store Buds on Buderim. Please use Code: PICKUP to avoid paying shipping on your product and this also lets us know that you are wanting to pick up. Please allow 12hrs notice for us to get the product to the shop for you.

 

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind.

We can offer an exchange or credit for all change of mind purchases so long as,

Item is returned within 14 days of purchase
Item is in original condition and packaging
Item is not damaged, used, altered or washed

Please note, décor on Buderim cannot cover postage costs for change of mind items and unfortunately, we do not return sale items unless deemed faulty.


All items will be photographed and checked before getting sent out.

If an item arrives damaged please email us at decor@decoronbuderim.com.au and we will organise a replacement.

LOST PARCELS

Unfortunately, Décor on Buderim cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Décor on Buderim. If this is the case, please contact Australia Post immediately, they often have more information than what is available online. Otherwise, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
